The strength that I tested today is called "Spirituality, Sense of Purpose, and Faith". It can be defined as the following: You have strong and coherent beliefs about the higher purpose and meaning of the universe. You know where you fit in the larger scheme. Your beliefs shape your actions and are a source of comfort to you.
I tested this strength by attending my church. Instead of just sitting through the service thinking about the donuts afterwards I actually paid attention and listened intently.
Pleasure: 4; I'm not going to lie...church was not a lot of fun. My church is very traditional so it's a little tough to have fun. Flow: 6; The time did not go very quickly in the least. Meaning: 8; This did mean something to me. I felt connected to God. I really listened and understood a lot of what was being said.
Debriefing: I will do this again. I felt closer to God and my faith feels stronger now. Hopefully, it was become a little more fun.
