The strength that I tested today was sort of unintentional. But it really did work out pretty well. This strength, Caution, Prudence, and Discretion" can be defined as: You are a careful person, and your choices are consistently prudent ones. You do not say or do things that you might later regret.
As I said, this strength was tested unintentionally. And this is pretty personal...but it just fit. Here is the situation: I have an ex boyfriend that things didn't really work out too well with. It was a really ugly situation. We haven't talked since we broke up. But...we started late last night and ended up talked for a few hours. I was extremely careful. I took everything very slow and thought before I said anything. We had a really nice conversation and are starting to at least rebuild a friendship.
Pleasure: 7; This did not feel very good at first, but slowly started to feel better. I ended up feeling pretty good about it. Flow: 9; Suprisingly, once we started talking and once I really started looking into what I was saying before I was saying it, time really moved really quickly. Meaning: 7; This meant something to me. I was both nice to restart a friendship. But it was also nice to know that the way we talked, by being extremely careful, helped the situtation immensly.
Debriefing: I will do this again. I will probably use this caution in every tough conversation that I have with someone. My "caution, prudence, and discretion" really did help to make the conversation go the way I would have liked it to go.
